TERMS AND SHIPPING

Orders are placed on a first come first serve basis.  Orders may be placed using email or may be phoned.  Phone calls during the day will be on my answering machine as I work 7am to 6 pm.  Orders will be verified for availability in the same manner they are received.  Orders will be held for 7 days for receipt of payment.  If payment is not received in that time, the order will be cancelled unless other arrangements are made immediately.

All orders will be shipped US Priority Mail unless otherwise requested by buyer.  Special orders may require an extra day or two for shipping.

Shipping and Handling fee is $5 for the first doll and $2 for each additional doll.
Unusually large or heavy orders will require additional postage and insurance.

Orders paid with money orders or cashiers checks will be shipped within 3 days of receipt.  Personal checks require clearing my bank before the order is shipped.  I work for a Financial Institution so am aware of when the check is cleared.  Any check returned for NSF will be charged $15. 

All items have been described to the best of my ability.   The customer accepts the items as described.  Each box will be packaged with great care.  If anything is damaged during shipping, a claim will be made with the Post Office and they will require the merchandise returned to them upon receipt of claim.  Most items will be insured for claims. 

No refunds will be accepted on NRFB items.  If a refund is requested on any other items, you must request a refund before returning the item.  There is no refund on shipping and handling charges.

I do not accept VISA, MasterCard, etc. at this time.  Possibly in the future, once my website is secure.   All funds are in US dollars only.
